Prof Mikki Konishi is Professor of Paediatric Nursing at Dokkyo Medical University, Japan. Her research focuses on evidence-based neonatal care, family-centred practice in NICUs, and professional development for neonatal nurses. She contributes to advancing neonatal nursing through international collaboration and education across Asia.
