Emily is a PhD candidate and neonatal Clinical Nurse Consultant based in Sydney, Australia, with more than 20 years of neonatal intensive care experience across perinatal, surgical, and retrieval environments. Emily is particularly interested in preventative skin care initiatives for extremely low birth weight neonates, and the holistic care of neonates born at the limit of viability (22-24 weeks gestation), of which the parental experience is the focus of her PhD.
